Just wanted to say   Shhhhhh, don't tell anyone I was here 

Oh hell!!! I am up 2 and I know why...too much salt...too much heat... not enough H2O!!! Shame on me!!!
Found out this morning that my shrink will be leaving the clinic...again! So, I will get to meet the 5Th new one in as many years. Geeeeez!! Oh, and Monday I found out my PCP is moving to Idaho...makes for a long commute I would say! BUT for the good news, I found another Dr. that also does pain management. I will meet him tomorrow.
Well, now wasn't this a up beat  post...not ...sorry for the rant. It has been a really bad week for me. The angle grinder I have been using on the "ROOM" floor blew up with on lt a 6X6 foot area to finish. So I will have to gp buy another one in order to finish the floor. And my hands are way swollen from using the thing so I have to take a few days of to rest.

Hello!  Thanks for the great shout out!  I always feel special when Im on it :)

I had a great time with my friend yesterday, we hung out, went to see hangover at the movies, then went to an orientation meeting at Cypress College for Radiology and ultrasound sonography programs.  We are thinking of changing careers since we were laid off.  who knows, looks like a lot of work :) ha ha

Then we went through eggfaces website and my friends recipe cards looking for things we can make when Im able to eat...  honestly everything looks good now after not eating for 2 weeks ha ha   but they were healthy vegetable and meat type recipes and Im excited.  I am so blessed to have a friend support me like she does.

Well.. I check into my suite at Orange Coast memorial hospital tomorrow morning at 8am and I am so ready for this.   However, I would not be so excited and confident about it if it weren't for you all on this board!  You all rock!    I'll check in with you all when Im able to have access to a computer.. maybe not till I get home, we'll see ;)

As for weight loss....  Put me down for  6 lbs this week... I've lost a total of 19.2 lbs during this 2 week liquid diet and I feel better already, im glad I had to do it :)

Hey there, Wanted to wish you luck tomorrow.  Same doctor same hospital.  You will do great and don't worry about it, you will feel like a fool tomorrow when it is all over and it was such an easy surgery.  Dr Q is cute, and I think he is a pretty good surgeon.  I hated his after care, but other than that, it was a relative breeze for me.  Need anything don't forget to ask.

Good luck again, you are going to be a new you, a rebirth of you tomorrow.

Happy Hump Day!!!

It's been a while since I've been here and boy, do I have some catching up to do. Been on here all morning and am still not filled in on all the happenings. Well, I have a loss of 4 pounds to report. So, that's a plus!!!

I saw my surgeon yesterday for my 6 month check up and all my labs came back great!!! So, that's great news!! My weight loss is great!!! The best part is they have asked me to be a guest speaker at one of their info seminars in September. I was shocked and yet very honored. The nurse said I have come so far not just with the weight loss but through my therapy they'd love for me to speak and possibly saty and answer questions. So, I guess that will be on the agenda for September.

Okay, well I better get back to reading!! Have a great afternoon!!

Good day Cali!! Well after the trials and tribulations of this week I am finding myself weighing 229lbs...i think last week i started in with you all weighing 235...lemme know if i am wrong but thats 6lbs!! I cant even wrap my head around that to be honest....not after a 9 month stall...was it 233 or 235 last wednesday i cannot remember but Im gonna take it!!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying this great humpday...my momma is out of the hospital and I am happy!!
